How to group assign any information to the students

Selected information can be set as same for a group of students by using Group Assign Student Info. As an example, you can make the Rolling/Retention option as Retain for a bunch of students at once or a generic email ID can be given to all the students. Basically you are enabled to give a generic info for a group of students by this option.

To do so go to Students >> Group Assign Student Info >> Search the students using proper search criteria >> Click on Submit. Now you will get a screen with a few labels that can be changed with a list of students.


Now select the options you want to make change with, then select the students you want to apply the changes for and click on Assign Info to Selected Students.
