Administration helps to filtrate student list as per attendance codes selection. Also, admin can change a student's attendance status using this option.
To view student list according to the attendance status selection, go to Attendance >> Administration and select the date you want to view it for. Then, select the attendance code from the dropdown marked with an arrow and click on Go. Now the student list will be generated based on the attendance status.
In the above screen shot the student is marked absent in Attendance period. Now admin can change the status if required by clicking on the attendance status dropdown and selecting the desired attendance code & clicking on Update button would save the data.
When admin changes the attendance status it gets changed everywhere and in all attendance reports.
