How to generate advanced report for the users and staff

User Advanced Report

Users or the parents report can be generated with the help of this option in openSIS system. To access it, go to Users >> Report >> User Advanced Report and click Submit.

A list of parent users in the system appears here. Select the parents you want to generate the report for and click on Create Report for Selected Users.

Now, list of fields will appear in the page. Select the fields you want to generate report with selected users and click Create Report for Selected users.

 

A user advanced report is generated and looks like the following.

 

 

Staff Advanced Report

Staff report can be generated by the openSIS administrator. To access it, go to Users >> Report >> Staff Advanced Report and click Submit.

 

A list of staff users in the system appears here. Select the staffs you want to generate the report for and click on Create Report for Selected Users.

Now, list of fields will appear in the page. Select the fields you want to generate report with selected staffs and click Create Report for Selected users.

A staff advanced report is generated and looks like the following.
